Mind Wellbeing is about encouraging your own resourcefulness, empowering you with insights into yourself, challenging negative thoughts and behaviours as well as sharing a number of tools to help enhance and maintain your psychological wellbeing.

We provide a confidential, safe and convenient access point for people who have difficulty in attending counselling sessions in person. We also offer face-to-face sessions in Carmarthen and Llandeilo. You can access counselling through Mind Wellbeing from a variety of devices using options such as Zoom, Whatsapp or Apple FaceTime.
